RERAGuide.in is a free, independent directory of real estate projects registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Our goal is to make RERA data accessible, searchable, and easy to understand for homebuyers, investors, and industry professionals across India.

Why We Built This

India's RERA authorities maintain separate portals for each state, each with different interfaces, formats, and search capabilities. Finding and comparing project information across states is time-consuming and frustrating. RERAGuide.in solves this by aggregating data from multiple state RERA portals into a single, unified search experience.

Data Methodology

All project data displayed on RERAGuide.in is sourced directly from official state RERA authority websites. The data is cleaned, standardized, and indexed to enable fast, cross-state search.

We do not modify, editorialize, or make judgments about any project's quality or compliance status. The information is presented as-is from official sources. Users should always verify details with the relevant state RERA authority before making any decisions.
