What is RERAGuide.in?

RERAGuide.in is a free, independent directory of real estate projects registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Our goal is to make RERA data accessible, searchable, and easy to understand for homebuyers, investors, and industry professionals across India.

Why We Built This

India's RERA authorities maintain separate portals for each state, each with different interfaces, formats, and search capabilities. Finding and comparing project information across states is time-consuming and frustrating. RERAGuide.in solves this by aggregating data from multiple state RERA portals into a single, unified search experience.

Data Coverage

We currently index RERA-registered projects from the following states:

Coverage is not nationwide or complete. Maharashtra records are refreshed progressively from the official source; the other covered portals are monitored and refreshed when a reliable official extract is available. Each project page shows its source context and should be confirmed on the relevant authority’s website.

Data Methodology

Project records originate from official state RERA authority websites. Available fields differ substantially by state and snapshot: some records do not contain a promoter, status, address, or current validity date. We clean and standardize available fields to enable search without filling missing fields by inference.

We do not modify, editorialize, or make judgments about any project's quality or compliance status. The information is presented as-is from official sources. Users should always verify details with the relevant state RERA authority before making any decisions.

Registration is a regulatory record, not an endorsement or guarantee. Section 3 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act also contains statutory exemptions, so not every real-estate development is necessarily required to appear in a RERA register. See the official Act on India Code.
